Abedeen Academy ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting
the privacy and security of your personal data in accordance with
the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Personal Identification: Name, NRIC/Passport, and
contact details of parents/guardians.

Student Data: Academic records, KSAT results, and
medical history.

improve website performance.
Use of Personal Data
Your data is processed to manage admissions, ensure student safety,
and comply with Ministry of Education (MoE) regulations. We do not
sell your data. We may share it with government bodies (MoE/MoH)
strictly as required by law.
Photography & Media
We may capture photos/videos of students for school publications. If
you do not consent to your child’s image being used, please notify
the Administration Department in writing.
Financial Policy
Online Payments
We accept payments via Visa/Mastercard and FPX
Online Banking. All transactions are processed through a secure,
encrypted third-party gateway. We do not store credit card details
on our servers.
Refund Policy
Please read carefully. Strict terms apply.

Registration Fees: Strictly
non-refundable and
non-transferable under any circumstances.

Security Deposit: Refundable ONLY if a formal
written notice is submitted
ONE (1) full academic term prior to withdrawal.

Late Notice: Failure to provide the mandatory
one-term notice will result in the
forfeiture of the Security Deposit.

Mid-Term Withdrawal: Fees are not pro-rated. If
a student leaves partway through a term, full term fees apply.
Terms of Use
Admission & Probation
Grade placement is determined by age and KSAT results. All new
students are placed on a 3 to 6-month probationary period to ensure
they can cope with the curriculum and behavioral expectations.
Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safety, Abedeen Academy is
not liable for personal injury or loss of personal property
(including electronic devices) brought to school premises unless due
to proven negligence by the school.
